  1. I’m 70, but my first memory of ASMR was my phonics instructor, when I was 6 years old. Her voice was very soothing. I noticed it again when I was a teenager, while watching a lady wrap a Christmas present. And then there was Bob Ross. I could not watch his program without falling asleep due to an incredibly relaxed state.
Thank you, Jennifer, for naming this wonderful experience!!!
