It’s been with me all my life (at least as far back as I can remember). I hope it never goes away because it’s a blessing. It helps me relax, sleep, overcome stress. There are times when it’s difficult for me to keep the feeling but that’s directly related to loud abrupt noises that take my focus off the trigger. If I refocus, I’m back in a blissful state.

I don’t know. I have had it as far back as I can remember and I am over 60. I do think the intensity of the feeling has somewhat decreased. At least I can remember a time when it felt stronger.

I sure hope not.
I’ve had the experience of zoned out and at the same time focused brain tingles since 4 or 5. I don’t ever want to lose that experience.

I had it very regularly as a child. I no longer have it at all. I think it went away in my early 20s. Hard to say what caused it as I was experimenting with drugs, had been on various medications in my young adult years and also had an alcohol problem for a long time. Needless to say, I also had extreme stress. I’m fine now but the tingles have never come back

i first felt it when i was in school and i sat watching two students playing cards for 10 minutes and the tingles were amazing but slowly over time my tingles faded and i barely get them anymore and i really miss them, not sure what to try at this point but sometimes playing with my hair triggers it for a couple of seconds then they go away 😦
