  1. I never knew there was a name for this, but thoughout my life I experienced ASMR strongly when I was being measured at a tailor or had keys made at the hardware store.

  2. I have only recently come to understand that this phenomenon I have felt my whole life is called ASMR. For me, I noticed it as a child, cuddled up to my mother or a pet. Breathing together or our heads touching or in very close proximity. As I grew older and got married if my husband and I put our heads together I could feel it. I also feel it with my children. The strange thing about it is, when I feel it, they can feel it too. Sometimes it’s very intense like a tickle and I have to pull away. The longer it happens the stronger it gets so I do have to pull away at some point. Lately, if my husband touches the bottom of my head, like the occipital region, with his hand, I feel it.

  3. So I have a few. One is when I hear a deep base singer hit subharmonic base notes. Another one is when im getting my hair washed at the salon. I also get tingles when ever I see things perfectly even or straight.
