It rarely happens “in the wild” for me, even if I’m getting a haircut or my nails done or something. The last time was on a train when a girl sitting behind me was sketching in pencil/charcoal. I was so blissed out by the pencil on paper sounds that I nearly missed my stop. I can’t experience ASMR from a memory alone, but if so that’s one I’d use all the time.
