  1. Yes it does. I realized it when I was having difficulty sleeping, and looked on Youtube for relaxation videos to induce sleep. These helped cause some of the tingling sensation. Then, on suggested videos, I saw ASMR relaxation videos. These were even better not only in inducing the ASMR tingles but also inducing sleep and relaxation. If I am specifically trying to sleep, not just relax, I listen to audio only because the light from the phone/computer screen can keep me awake. The triggers that help me sleep the most is low, calm speaking either soft-spoken or whispering. It is the best method I have found to fall asleep and stay asleep without having difficulty waking up in the morning or being groggy the next day. I have not been diagnosed with insomnia or sleep disorder, but I have anxiety that sometimes keeps me from sleeping. I have not discussed the effect of ASMR on my sleep because I feel like they would not know what ASMR is.

  2. Yea ASMR truly does help with sleep. There’s been multiple times where I wasn’t even sleepy and I would watch some ASMR videos by Tony Bomboni and his triggers for me so relaxed that I always fell into a deep sleep. It puts my body and mind at peace. THANKS TONI!!!!

  4. Yes, ASMR, does help with falling asleep. My experience has been the videos/artists that I follow on YouTube. As a matter of fact, I also use ASMR for relaxation. When I’m at work I’ll listen to ASMR while going about my daily tasks as “background white noise”. I find that it helps to keep me focused and curbs the daily stresses that come my way. I have not been diagnoses with insomnia.
